Our servers all include security software that automatically blocks the IP address of anyone who attempts to attack the server. Sometimes customers can be accidentally blocked (e.g. by entering the wrong password too many times in a short period), which can lead to confusion if you’re suddenly unable to connect to the server. We try our best to prevent that from happening, but occasionally false positives do happen.

We’ve set up a page which we hope will help; just visit the IP Address Block Lookup page and it will automatically tell you if your IP address has been blocked, and you can enter any IP address you like to check it against the block list. If your IP address has been blocked, you can just click a button and a support ticket asking us to unblock it will be opened automatically.
