Remote Backups

All our hosting plans include remote backups, we backup all your data to a remote server, so in the unlikely event of a hardware failure your files, databases and emails are all intact. We can then quickly restore customer’s data via our dedicated server-to-server connections with the minimum of fuss and downtime.

This service is provided free of charge on all our plans and doesn’t contribute to your data transfer usage, we can even restore your backup if you accidentally deleted a file.

As a result your website is safe with us — should the worst happen we are prepared.

Standard Shared Hosting

We make rolling weekly backups of all standard hosting accounts.

Premium Shared Hosting

We make daily backups of all premium hosting accounts.
