Remote Backups

All our hosting plans include remote backups; we frequently backup all your data to a remote server, so in the unlikely event of a hardware failure your files, databases, and emails are all intact. We can then quickly restore customers’ data via our dedicated server-to-server connections with a minimum of fuss and downtime.

This service is provided free of charge on all our plans and doesn’t contribute to your data transfer usage, and we can even restore your backup if you accidentally delete a file.

As a result your website is safe with us — should the worst happen we are prepared.
