Account Migration
As you may be aware, we recently launched our re-designed web site along with an improved Account Control Panel for new customers. It is now time for us to move our existing customers over to the new system, so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of its advanced features.
Before we can move your account, we need to verify that your account details are correct. Please follow this simple process to check, and if necessary update your information:
- Login to the Client Area
- Verify that your name, address, telephone number and email address are correct. If any of these need to be changed, let us know in the next step.
- Submit a new support ticket via our help desk either giving us your new details or letting us know that your details are already up-to-date.
Once we have received confirmation from you that your details are up-to-date, we will cancel your old PayPal subscription or Worldpay Futurepay agreement and transfer your account details to our new system. When your account is migrated it will be necessary for us to reset your Website Control Panel (cPanel) password and this will also affect your main FTP login. When your next account payment is due, you will receive an email which will allow you to create a new subscription with PayPal or Worldpay Futurepay agreement. It is highly important that you create your new subscription in a timely manner. All subsequent payments will be made automatically without any action from you.
At this time we will also be discontinuing all plans that we have offered in the past. If this applies to you, your account will be automatically upgraded - for free - to the nearest equivalent in our current line. Your account will then renew at the price stated on our website. In most cases this means your bandwidth will be doubled! If you have received a complimentary account upgrade in the past, please include this in your support ticket in step 3 and we will be happy to continue to honour it.
