Contacting Customer Support
If your question is not answered by our Knowledgebase or this Handbook please contact the customer support team and we will be happy to help you out. The support ticket system is a great way of communicating with us because it is stored by the support desk so you can refer back to our answer in the future. To create a ticket:
- Login to the Account Control Panel and click “Get Support”.

- Click “Create Ticket”.

- Fill in the form and click “Create Ticket”, please be a discriptive as possible in the “Question” section; the more information you provide the quicker we will be able to answer you.

- Your support ticket has now been created and you will receive an email when a member of our customer support team answers your question. Instructions for replying to a ticket are here.
