The Knowledgebase

The Knowledgebase contains the answers to questions that customers have asked in the past, so before you do anything else you should check it to see if yours is among them.

The Knowledgebase is divided up into four sections:

  • Billing
    Contains information on account renewals and updating your credit card details.
  • Domain Names
    Contains questions about domain name ownership.
  • Getting Started
    A collection of questions and answers that newcomers to website creation will find useful, as well as those who are new to Valcato.
  • Technical Support
    Where all the other FAQs can be found, particularly those relating to server configurations.

To access the Knowledgebase:

  1. Login to the Account Control Panel and click “Get Support”.

Click Get Support

  1. Click “Knowledgebase”

Click Knowledgebase

  1. Enter search keywords and click “Search” or click the most appropriate category name.
