Replying to a Ticket

It may be necessary for you to reply to our customer support team’s response, to do so:

  1. Login to the Account Control Panel and click “Get Support”.

Click Get Support

  1. Click the support ticket’s subject.

Click the tickets subject

  1. Enter your reply in the “Response” box and click “Update”.

Click Update

  1. If your question has been answered, tick the box beneath the response text area and click “Update” again. This lets us knows that you don’t expect another answer from us, and files it for your future reference.
