Viewing a Closed Ticket

All support tickets you create and their answers are filed, so that you can refer back to them should you need to. To view a closed ticket:

  1. Login to the Account Control Panel and click “Get Support”.

  1. Click the number next to “Closed”.

  1. Click the support ticket’s subject.

Click the support tickets subject

  1. The support ticket is displayed in its entirety, including the customer support team’s replies and your own responses.
