Changing Password
We recommend that you change your passwords once a month to prevent unauthorised access to your account. It is important that you choose a secure password, our system will not let you use an insecure one, a good password:
- Is between 5 and 12 characters long,
- Starts with a lowercase letter,
- Is a combination of both letters and numbers,
- Is not a dictionary word.
To change your Account Control Password:
- Login to the Account Control Panel and click “My Info”.
- Click “Change My Password”
- Enter your new password and confirm it, then type your current password and click “Update”
- You will be taken to the Client Information page, you are finished!
