Buying Addons

Should you need a little extra disk space, transfer, additional email addresses, parked, addon or subdomains you can buy an Addon which is often cheaper than upgrading your plan.

1. Login to the Account Control Panel and click “My Sites”.

1. Click “My Packages”.

1. Click on your account’s plan name.

1. Select “Buy Addons” and click “Continue”.

1. Select the Addons you wish to buy and click “Continue & Confirm Changes”. For this example we will buy 5 extra email addresses and 200 MB disk space.

1. A breakdown of the costs will be shown, click “Continue & Apply Changes” to confirm the Addons and generate your invoice.

1. Click “Invoice Generated” to pay.

1. Click the appropriate payment method. Click Paypal (to pay with Paypal), or Worldpay (to pay with credit card).

1. Enter your payment details and your Addons will be applied within 8 hours. Customers who pay via Worldpay will receive an email confirming the Futurepay amount has been modified, customers who pay via Paypal will receive a subscription cancellation email and will be required to create a new subscription for the new amount upon renewal.
