Upgrading your Plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time, it is instant and you won’t loose any of your account settings or data. In this example we will be upgrading from the Value Plan to the Starter Plan.
- Login to the Account Control Panel and click “My Sites”.

- Click “My Packages”.

- Click on your account’s plan name.

- Select “Upgrade or downgrade your plan” and click “Continue”.

- Select the new plan you wish to use and click “Continue”.

- Your selected plan will be shown, click “Contine & Confirm Changes”.

- A breakdown of the costs will be shown, click “Continue & Apply Changes” to confirm the upgrade and generate your invoice.

- Click “Invoice Generated” to pay.

- Click the appropriate payment method. Click Paypal (to pay with Paypal), or Worldpay (to pay with credit card).

- Enter your payment details and your plan will be upgraded within 5 minutes. Customers who pay via Worldpay will receive an email confirming the Futurepay amount has been modified, customers who pay via Paypal will receive a subscription cancellation email and will be required to create a new subscription for the new amount upon renewal.
