Creating a Redirect

A redirect allows you to send visitors who access a certain page to one in a different location. The target page can be elsewhere on your account, or anywhere on the internet! In this example visiting kipling.me.uk/tutorial will take the visitor to the Valcato Hosting homepage.

1. Login to the Website Control Panel and click “Redirects”.

1. Enter the address on your account you want visitors to be redirected from, the address you want them redirected to and select “Temporary” or “Permanent” depending on how long it will be in place. Then click “Add”.

1. You will see this confirmation screen, you are finished!
