We're experiencing some intermittent DNS outages affecting our web site and support systems. Customer web sites are not affected. Customers who need to contact us and are unable to get to our support web site should email enquiries@valcatohosting.com instead.

We've temporarily moved the DNS over to our own DNS cluster until this issue is resolved. (DNS for our support web site is usually handled by eNom so that our support systems remain available in the event of a major outage at our customer web servers.)
