Software Updates

Servers: SH1, SH2, PH1
We will be performing major operating system and cPanel updates on these servers on Friday, February 20, 2009 between 13:00 and 20:00 UTC. This will involve rebooting the servers, which will result in services being unavailable for approximately ten minutes per server. Other services may also be unavailable for brief periods while updated software is installed.
We will add updates to this service notice during this maintenance.

We're beginning this work now, starting with SH1.

SH1 is rebooting now after installing operating system updates. Once it's back up, we'll be updating cPanel, Apache and related software.

Updates on SH1 have now been completed and we are beginning work on SH2.

SH2 is now rebooting before we update cPanel, Apache, etc.

Updates on SH2 have now been completed and we are beginning work on PH1.

OS updates installed and PH1 is now rebooting, after which the rest of the updates will be installed.
