We are currently experiencing a total network outage affecting both of our servers. Updates will be posted as soon as we have more information.

Our network provider has advised us that they have identified an error and are working to resolve this issue.

It appears as though the problem has now been resolved. If we receive any further information regarding what exactly the problem was, we will be sure to post it here.

After investigating this outage, our service provider has informed us that it was caused by the failure of a router in their datacenter.
