High loads on SH3

Things are now running normally, and we are closely monitoring the server. We are closing this notice at this time.

The load average on SH3 is once again highly elevated, and we are investigating.

Everything is now back to normal. We believe we have isolated the cause of this problem, but we are continuing to monitor the server just in case.
