We're now seeing some filesystem errors on this server. Services will be unavailable for a few minutes while we investigate.

SH1 has stopped responding again, so we are rebooting to bring it back online. This should take about ten minutes.
We will be performing disk diagnostics this evening between 2000 UTC and 0000 UTC, which will mean the server will be unavailable for some of that time. We apologise for the short notice, but it is important that this work be carried out as soon as possible to try and prevent further down time.

Due to an unforeseen delay the disk diagnostics have been rescheduled for 0900 UTC tomorrow.

The disk diagnostic work will begin shortly, at which time the server will be taken offline until the work is completed.

The diagnostic work is almost complete. The server will be back online shortly.

The server is now back online, and should be working normally. Several hard disk errors were found and fixed during the diagnostic work.
