Maintenance for stability improvements

We will be performing some maintenance on SRV2 tomorrow morning (Friday, February 17) from 10:00 UTC to improve the stability and performance of the server.
We expect this to take less than an hour and to cause minimal disruption, but as part of this maintenance we will need to reboot the server, which will make it unavailable for 10-15 minutes.

The server is currently experiencing high CPU loads and has become unresponsive, we are rebooting the server and hope to have it back online shortly.
Yahoo email delivery problems

Customers on SRV2 will currently be seeing errors when trying to send email to Yahoo addresses, including domains owned by other companies which use Yahoo's email services. We are working with Yahoo to resolve this issue, but at this time we do not have an estimate of when that will be.

DNS Server Failure

One of our DNS servers failed this morning and had to be replaced. The replacement server is online now, however some customers may see errors and inconsistencies in their DNS records for a short time while the DNS cluster re-synchronises.
Email Sending Issues

Users may currently be experiencing issues sending emails to addresses with certain providers, particularly Yahoo and Verizon. It would appear these providers have incorrectly blacklisted the server IP as a spam source which may result in delivery failures such as:
"retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period"
We are waiting on these individual email providers to rectify the error. In the meantime we have taken remedial action at our end to try and mitigate the effects. We apologise for the inconvenience.
High loads on SRV2

SRV2 is currently experiencing high CPU loads which may cause some performance issues, particularly with MySQL based websites. We are investigating the cause of the high loads and hope to reduce them to normal levels in due course.
