We guarantee that your shared hosting account will be available at least 99.5% of the time. If the uptime figure drops below this level we will refund you for the downtime. You can view actual uptime figures on our server status page.

The only exception to the guarantee is in the case of server maintenance. We occasionally need to do work to the server such as installing the latest updates, this may mean the server will be offline briefly. We will announce any maintenance well in advance via our service notices page, mailing list and RSS feed.

100% Network Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee our network services and connectivity will be available 100% of the time. We are able to offer this due to the total redundancy of every component, if one part fails there is at least one to take it’s place.

Again, we do make exception for scheduled maintenance which we will announce in advance.
