How it Works
Sign up with us.
Login to the Account Control Panel, click Get Support and then Create Ticket in the right menu.
Select the website transfer team. We’ll need some information about your account with your old host:
- Your domain name
- Your username
- Your password
- Their website
- That’s all there is to it, we do the work and will email you when your website has been transferred!
Need to Know
- For your peace of mind we do not access your account with your old host directly; we send a request from our servers to copy your website across.
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to transfer your website, your old host may be using different software or may prevent website transfers. (Specifically, they must be running a compatible version of cPanel.)
- If we are unable to automatically copy your website we will ask permission to directly access your account with your old host and perform a manual transfer.
- We may need to change the username our system has given you so that it matches the username at your old host.
