Domain names consist of DNS Zones in which the functioning of your domain name are defined, some of the most commonly used records are:

NS Record

Specifies the authoritative nameservers for your domain name. To add or edit this, please create a support ticket to technical support.

A (address) Record

Used to point your domain name or subdomain to an IP address. You can edit this through cPanel, for instructions refer to our documentation.

CNAME Record

Used to alias one name with another, allowing you to point to other domain names. This can also be edited through cPanel, for instructions refer to our documentation.

MX Record

Specifies the domain to which mail is delivered, allowing one domain's mail to be sent to another domain. You can edit this through cPanel, for instructions refer to the Mail section of our documentation.
