Cloud VPS comes with the option of enabling a basic snapshot backup system, which saves a daily, weekly, and monthly snapshot of your virtual machine, as well as allowing one on-demand backup at any time, to allow the whole VM to be restored at a later date. A total of four different historical backup images are stored. It is not possible to restore individual files from these backups.
Snapshot backups are not guaranteed, so to be 100% sure that your data is safe we recommend that customers regularly make their own backups.
