COVID-19 Update

Here at Valcato Internet we’ve been watching the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic closely. While we don’t currently expect any interruption to our services as a result, we’re taking sensible steps to protect our team, partners and clients as best we can.

The majority of our UK team are home-based and distributed across the country. We’ve taken additional precautions at our support centre in Staffordshire as well as our Milton Keynes data centre, such as installing additional hand washing points and thoroughly disinfecting common touch points such as door handles, computer keyboards and building access control systems.

Our US based support team and data centres in Dallas and Chicago have taken similar measures, and we are in close contact with our colleagues so that we can be kept up to date on the situation as it continues to develop.
