PayPal cancels subscriptions automatically when card details are changed. Why they do this is beyond us, as it only adds inconvenience, and it is something which is out of our control.
This will not affect your account with us, as you can simply create a new subscription when your next payment is due. You will receive an Invoice Notification email from us one week before the due date containing a link which will allow you to do so - we hope this is enough notice.
To avoid these problems we do recommend you pay directly via credit or debit card (powered by Worldpay). To switch just create a ticket to the billing department and we can easily arrange it for you.
