If you see the following error message in your FTP client when attempting to connect, this means you are attempting to use an unencrypted connection:

Sorry, cleartext sessions are not accepted on this server.
Error: Could not connect to server

For security reasons only SFTP or TLS connections are accepted so you will need to configure your FTP client accordingly. If you are unsure how to do this please refer to our Managing Files article.
