PostgreSQL 9.2 is available on some of our shared hosting servers, but not all. If you'd like to use PostgreSQL 9, just open a support ticket and we'll be happy to transfer your account to a server which has it available.

If you have a managed VPS or dedicated server and would like us to upgrade PostgreSQL, let us know and we'll be happy to take care of this for you.
