To help prevent prying eyes from reading your emails, we recommend using a secure mailserver. This will depend upon the server your email account is located and will look something like:
ch14a.valcato.com
To identify which mailserver you should use, first access cPanel in your web browser:
- Click the "Mail Accounts" icon in cPanel
- Next to the email address you wish to access and click "Configure Mail Client"
- Scroll down and look for the "Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)" section.

mail.yourdomain.com
Be sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with your website address.
