If you have sent a mass email (mailing list etc) and had emails returned with a message that your hourly limit has been met, then you have reached the initial limit of 100 emails per hour imposed on all accounts.

This is to minimise the potential for spam being sent from a compromised account (should a spammer find a vulnerability in a PHP script, for example), or if a spammer should circumvent our fraud screenings.

This limit can be increased upon request at no cost, please open a support tick to the technical support department to request it.
