You can upgrade or downgrade your account automatically through your Valcato Account by following these steps:

  1. Click "My Services" above,
  2. Click the "View Details" button next to the appropriate account,
  3. Click the "Upgrade/Downgrade Plan" button,
  4. Select the new plan you wish to use,
  5. The system will automatically calculate the cost of the upgrade.

Once you've paid your account will be upgraded immediately. If downgrading you will receive a prorated refund for unused time.
