I've forgotten my Valcato Account password

In the event that you have forgotten your Valcato Account password, please follow this procedure to regain access to your account:

• Click the password recovery page link under the "I've forgotten my password" heading on the Account Login page
• Enter your email address into the text box
• Click the "Validate >>" button
• If you have configured a security question, you will now be asked to provide the answer
• Click the "Validate >>" button
• Please check your inbox (and spam folder in case it ended up there by mistake) for an email from us with the subject "Resetting your Valcato Account password"
• Click the link in the email
• You will now be prompted to choose a new password
• Click the "Save Changes" button

You are now logged in and a new password chosen.
