Seeing the error message "The second factor you supplied was incorrect. Please try again" when entering your 6 digit code indicates that it did not match the code that our system was expecting. Please try entering the next code to be generated.

Our Two Factor authentication uses a system called 'Time Based Tokens' whereby a new code is generated every 30 seconds, so in order for your to device to generate the correct code for the particular moment at which you click the "Login" button, it's important that the time on your device is accurate.

Please correct the time on your device (phone or tablet) to ensure that it is accurate to within 30 seconds. The timezone setting is not important as this is taken into account by the system.

Once the time on your device is sufficiently accurate, you will be able to login
