Six months after registering a domain name with us you will receive an email with the subject Reminder to verify the accuracy of Whois data for yourdomain.com. This email can look suspicious and we would generally advise you to be wary of receiving such emails, however in this case the email is genuine.
We are required to send this email reminding you to keep the public whois information on the domain name accurate, so if you have moved then please take this opportunity to update it. To do this:
- Click "My Domains" above,
- Click the wrench icon next to your domain name,
- Click "Contact Information" at the bottom of the page,
- Enter your current details and click "Save Changes".
At this time, please also ensure the details we have on record for you are correct. To do this click "My Details" at the top of the page.
