Nameservers tell your domain name where your website is, and so it is important that you set them. The process differs from registrar to registrar and so we can only provide generalised information, the following process will probably differ slightly from your registrar's control panel so please refer to their help documentation for specific instructions.

  1. Login at your registrar's website,
  2. Click Manage Domains,
  3. Click the appropriate domain name,
  4. Click Modify Nameservers (or Modify DNS Settings)
  5. The nameservers you must now enter are:
    1. ns1.valcato.com [67.212.166.146]
    2. ns2.valcato.com [107.20.195.250]
    3. ns3.valcato.com [159.253.56.94]
  6. Click Submit

If we've registered your domain name for you, your nameservers should be set automatically, but if you need to change them for some reason here's how:

  1. Click "My Domains" above,
  2. Click the wrench icon next to your domain name,
  3. Click "Nameservers" on the left-hand menu
  4. Enter the nameservers,
  5. Click the "Save Changes" button.

It can take up to 24 hours for nameserver changes to take affect across the internet so please be patient.
