If you'd like us to restore a backup of your account, click the JetBackup 5 button in cPanel.
1. Choose the type of backup you'd like to restore. The following options are available:
- Full Backup - Contains all the the following
- Home Directory - All of your files. You can choose exactly which files and directories to restore at the third step.
- Cron Jobs
- Databases
- Database Users
- DNS Zones - Settings from the DNS Zone Editor
- Certificates - SSL Certificates
- Email Accounts
- FTP Accounts
2. Click on the backup date you'd like to restore.
3. Click the Restore button.
The backup restoration process will now start. The restoration status can be monitored from the Queue page.
