How long does this take to set up?

We aim to set up all new Reseller Hosting accounts within 10 minutes of receiving payment.  That doesn't mean that you're on your own though - our friendly team manually review each new order and will get in touch with you via email to make sure you're settling in and to talk you through the various features of your account.

What does 'White Label' mean?

Put simply, our White Label Reseller Hosting service carries no 'Valcato' branding anywhere.  It's therefore impossible for your end customers to trace the service back to us.  You can use the provided generic branding and server names, or you can set up your own domain and branding to use with our service.

How much technical know-how do I need?

If you can find your way around the WordPress Dashboard, our Reseller Hosting service should be as easy as pie.  We provide you with access to our powerful HostControl software that allows you to create, modify or remove hosting accounts automatically.  We handle all of the server management and software updates, and keep your server online and running super fast at all times.

Can I switch from my current provider?

All of our Reseller Hosting plans are covered by our Web Hosting Switch Guarantee.  If your current provider uses cPanel/WHM we can usually switch everything over automatically with the minimum of fuss, but if not, our team will work with you to get everything migrated quickly and safely.

How much could I earn?

Each of our plans are designed for different sizes of agency.  You are free to create your own packages and set up disk space and email quotas to suit, and sell at your own price.

Example: If you were to charge £10 per month to your client, on our Advance plan you'd make £8.50 per month, every month, for as long as your customer stays signed up.  Multiply this by 20 clients and you could be earning over £2000 per year!

Do you provide technical support?

As our reseller, we provide you with unlimited technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  You can open a support ticket, or for an instant response use our 24 hour Live Chat - We're Always Here!  We don't provide technical support to your end-customers directly, but if they hit you with a question that you're unsure of, you can always pass it on to our team and we'll be happy to advise.
